RETURN POLICY

We do not offer refunds, unless the items you received are faulty. We will refund your original form of payment upon receiving the item.

EXCHANGES

If for whatever reason the item does not work out for you, we do accept exchanges. Our policy lasts 20 days from the original date of delivery. If 20 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the returned item is in a unsalable condition, we cannot grant the exchange, and will return the item back to the customer. You will be given store credit, which will be emailed to you. Store credit is redeemable within 12 months from date of issue. All discounted items are final sale.

We offer free shipping returns for domestic orders, and will send you a return label upon request. International customers are responsible for the shipping cost when returning the items back to us. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
